General info and cancellations
Check-in is from 2-6 p.m. Check-out is by 11 a.m. Early check-in and late check-in or check-out may be possible with prior notice. Guests who stay past the designated check-out time without prior arrangement will be assesed a $25 fee.
Rates are per room, per night for up to 2 people. Rates are quoted in USD and include all applicable taxes and fees. Full payment is due at time of booking for Non-Refundable Rates. Standard Rates require a 50% Deposit at time of booking with the balance due on arrival. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit & debit cards, and PayPal.
To cancel a reservation, please call us at 817-279-1207. Cancellations made up to 10 days prior on to arrival on Standard Rates will be fully refunded within 30 days, less any applicable transaction fees. Cancellations 10 days to 72 hours prior to arrival are subject to a $40 per room per night charge. Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to arrival will not be refunded.
To prevent any loss of funds, we offer at any time to convert a fully paid reservation to a gift certificate for a replacement stay good for a year from date of cancellation.
